If you're looking for international delivery, reach out to our store team on WhatsApp. Provide details about the product weight and pricing for international freight forwarders not currently registered with the store.

What If I Receive a Product with a Manufacturing Defect? Refer to our return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In the case of a defect, upon agreement for a return, the shipping cost is calculated, and the freight is covered for the customer. The value of the product, as per the return policy, is not charged to the customer.
